Sweetwater Wetlands – Accessible Birding with SAAWR
Join Kimberly Aikins of the Southern Arizona Accessible Wildlife Refuge (SAAWR) for an outing designed for nature lovers with accessibility challenges; wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices are welcome. On this trip, we will gather at one of Tucson’s birding gems: Sweetwater Wetlands! Here, we’ll look for migrating warblers, waterfowl, and abundance of other species. We will finish by 9:00 am.
Each registered participant is welcome to bring a support person. To view a complete accessibility review for this location, please visit https://gis.audubon.org/birdability/. For more information, email fieldtrips@tucsonbirds.org. Limited to 8 participants.
