
Madera Canyon with Mary Ellen Flynn

Trip difficulty: Moderate, ~3.5 miles on uneven, variable terrain, with 500ft elevation gain.
Bird beautiful Madera Canyon. Walking about 3.5 miles roundtrip with 500 ft. elevation gain on variable terrain. Exact details of route will be sent to participants the week of trip. Bring water and snacks/lunch, although Santa Rita Lodge does sell beverages and snacks. Depending on birdiness, we expect to finish by 10:30am or earlier. Limited to 6 participants.
Coronado Nat’l Forest Parking Fee $8 per vehicle or free with Federal Interagency or Senior Pass.
