Sweetwater Wetlands Trash and Water Lettuce Clean Up

We are looking for volunteers to help clean up trash around Sweetwater Wetlands prior to the November 4th cattail burn! While walking around the eastern basin we will also be looking for and removing any remaining invasive water lettuce in the drying out basin.

Participants should be comfortable walking on unstable/ uneven ground, carrying up to 30 lbs, and will need close-toed shoes, sun protection, and water. We will provide work gloves and trash bags.
