Celebrate Pride Month with a fun morning of birding at Sweetwater Wetlands! This inclusive outing welcomes LGBTQ+ birders, allies, and anyone interested in connecting with nature in a supportive community setting. All levels of birders are welcome as well from beginners to experienced birders. Summer is an underrated time of year to explore the wetlands with most birds raising young and other wildlife like dragonflies and lizards in abundance!
Binoculars will be available to borrow for anyone who wants a pair. All you need to bring is water and your favorite sun hat! Let’s come together to enjoy birds and wildlife for Pride Month!
