Himmel Park Easy Stroll with Cynthia VerDuin and Monica Firestone
Himmel Park, 1000 N. Tucson Blvd. on Wednesday, May 20 at 7:00 am
Trip Difficulty: Easy. Walking distance: 1 mile on level paved surfaces and grass, in sun and shade. Trip Duration: 2 hours. Drinking water, restrooms and benches are available at the park.
Please join us as we wander the park in search of local birds and recently returned winter migrants. It’s just been hopping with birds as the mornings warm up and we never know what might pop up! Please wear sturdy shoes, bring your curiosity, binoculars or other optics, and water bottle. Himmel Park is a wonderful and easy place to bird, and we always have a lot of fun!
