Objective:

Join Tucson Bird Alliance & Tubac Nature Center habitat restoration professionals for a Santa Cruz River Community Stewardship Event!

Position Description:

We will be working to restore habitat along the Santa Cruz River in Tubac, starting with invasive plant removal. This project is a joint effort between the Tubac Nature Center and Tucson Bird Alliance which is supported in part by a grant from the AZ Department of Forestry and Fire Management to the Tubac Nature Center.

Requirements:

Please wear appropriate work clothes and shoes, and bring gloves and a refillable water bottle. Event registration is required. Tools will be provided.

Date:

Monthly community restoration volunteer events will be held every third Wednesday from 9am -11am.
